Teenage & Adolescents Counselling

Knowing The Difference Between Experience vs Failure

Why Does This Happen?

Our teenagers are living in media saturated times, where their life is often complicated. It is not just the physical changes in their bodies that they are going through but the emotions and feelings which they are not yet aware of.

It’s not uncommon for teenagers who have not yet discovered what they’re good at or what’s important to them. Often teenagers and even young adults need help recognizing their own skills and strengths, identifying the influences that are shaping them, and learning to make values-guided decisions. Recognizing who you really are, what are the things that make you shine, and what makes them unique are some of the things that they get guidance and clarity on.
